Return Policy

Store Returns:
All merchandise bought in person at our Charleston store location can be returned within 14 days of purchase date. All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with tags still attached. Refund will be issued in the way the original transaction was paid for. Receipts MUST be accompanied with merchandise to receive a refund (Email, text, or paper receipt).

Online Returns:
Merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, with tags still attached may be returned for a refund. Shipping is nonrefundable. The customer has 14 days from the time of carrier's delivery date to have the returned merchandise post marked in the mail. The customer will also pay for all return shipping. All sale merchandise is final sale. If sale merchandise is returned it will result in forfeiture of the merchandise. All online returns must be mailed back, they cannot be returned in person at our store front. For all questions or concerns, email Hannah at 

Gift Returns:
Any items returned that were received as a gift MUST be accompanied with a gift receipt. Gift returns will be issued a gift card.


Returns will be processed within 7 business days after we have received the returned merchandise. Delivery confirmation is recommended, as we are not responsible for lost items.


In the case of a damaged item: We will happily replace any item that you received damaged! In these circumstances, please email us


If you have received any items by mistake or have received any wrong items, please contact us at for correction.

**We inspect all returns and reserve the right to deny or refuse a return. Items that do not match the criteria above will be sent back to you at your expense.

**We reserve the right to refuse returns or make partial returns of an item based on its condition.
